54 holes.
Three championship courses.
Blackheath, Blue Heron and Marsh Hawk, all designed by Dan Maples, all on one property ten minutes from Colonial Williamsburg. Play a different course every day of the week.
Three ways in.
Someone searching for a tee time, someone weighing a membership, and a couple looking at wedding venues need three different websites. This is the fork in the road.

Blackheath is links-style and exposed, with water on thirteen holes. Blue Heron runs long through dense wetlands. Marsh Hawk is the original 1984 layout, tight and tree-lined, and it has hosted championship golf. Same architect, three completely different challenges, and all three open to everyone.

Who can play what
One question decides whether a visitor books or leaves. Answer it on the page.
The Performance Center gets its own page: indoor bays, launch monitor, private instruction, club fitting, winter leagues. It is a year-round revenue line and a membership feeder.
A club built around how you actually play.
Four categories for 2026. Pricing is on this page, not behind a download, because the numbers are the argument: 54 holes for less than most single-course clubs in Hampton Roads.

You live here. The club is at the end of your street.
More than 2,500 homes sit inside the gates of Ford's Colony. If you are one of them, Social membership starts at $79 a month and puts both restaurants, the full events calendar and member golf rates a two-minute drive from your door.
Find your community.
Golf is why people call. It is almost never why they stay. Ladies' league, men's groups, junior clinics, couples' nights, monthly game nights, holiday dinners and celebrations, and a bar where the staff know your order.
Every photo here should have people in it. Empty rooms are for the events page.
Two rooms, two moods.
The Colony Room for the anniversary and the holiday table. Murdoch's Tavern and patio for after nine holes, when you are still in your golf shoes.
Murdoch's Tavern
Casual, patio seating, open to the course.
The Colony Room
Seasonal menus from the executive chef, reservations recommended.
Celebrate at Ford's Colony.
This is the club's strongest public reputation and the website barely uses it. Lead with it.
What a bride needs to see before she calls

- What the package includes
- Getting-ready suite

Each of these is a page section, not a paragraph. Then: download the wedding guide, check a date, book a private tour.

Nine holes, lunch at Murdoch's, and a walk through the club with the membership team. No obligation, no hard sell.
